You give us the limited permission needed to make a doodle from the photo you choose. - The doodle is generated by AI. It is an interpretation, not a copy, and it is not a backup of your original. - Oobo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple. Apple handles billing, renewals and refunds. - The app is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose. - Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app. ## Agreement These terms are between you and Oobo, the independent team that makes the app. By downloading, installing or using Oobo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ## Using Oobo We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Oobo on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or its artwork, except where the law gives you a right that cannot be waived. You may not use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rights of another person. Oobo is designed for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. We may change the supported versions over time. ## Your content You keep ownership of the photos you choose and the notes you write. You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process the photo you select through our AI provider, and to store the resulting doodle and note on your device, for the purpose of providing the app to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos or notes, and we do not use them for advertising. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the photos you choose. Do not use Oobo to process images that are illegal, abusive, or that violate someone else's privacy, copyright or other rights. ## AI-generated doodles The crayon image is produced by an AI image model. It is an interpretation of the photo, not a pixel-for-pixel copy. It may leave things out, change small details or come out differently from what you expected. It is not a backup of your original photo, and you should keep your own copy of anything important. As between you and us, you may use the doodles you make for your own personal purposes. We do not guarantee that an AI output is unique or that it does not resemble someone else's image. Do not present someone else's photo or identity as your own. ## Oobo Plus and billing The free plan lets you keep one doodle. Oobo Plus unlocks unlimited doodles and retries, stories and Home Screen widgets, the HD month recap and the watermark toggle. Features may evolve as the app develops. Oobo Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store at $29.99 per year or $4.99 per month, after a 3-day free trial. Prices in your country are shown in the App Store and may include local taxes. The yearly plan is presented at the equivalent of $2.50 per month in the United States, which reflects a 50% saving against the monthly price. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. If you cancel during a trial, the trial ends and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves. If a price changes, we will give notice where required and Apple will show the new price before you are charged. ## Acceptable use Do not use Oobo to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, its AI provider or the App Store, and do not use automated means to generate images in bulk. Do not resell access to the app or its AI features. We may suspend or stop providing the app to you if you break these terms or the law. ## Availability and changes Oobo is provided as it is and as available. We may update, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of iOS. The AI provider may be unavailable or may fail to return an image. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country. Keep your own copies of photos you care about. The app is a journal, not a backup service. ## Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oobo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI output will meet your expectations, that the app will never lose data, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. ## Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunities or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of Oobo. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for Oobo Plus in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. ## Ending these terms You can stop using Oobo at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the app. The sections on your content, AI-generated doodles, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive the end of these terms. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Türkiye, unless the law that applies to you requires another forum. ## Apple's Standard EULA Oobo is licensed through the App Store. Apple's [Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, these terms apply to the extent the law allows, and Apple's terms continue to apply to your use of the App Store. ## Contact Questions about these terms?
